But of course, it comes with the natural con of limitations: I can’t make folders to group my layers, and I can’t save, make new brushes and create a brush pallet to store my favourite brushes (though I believe the desktop version is able to do this). The great thing about sketchbook is how intuitive managing and manipulating the settings of the various tools are, because of its streamlined design. It’s going great! Transitioning from desktop/ tablet was pretty easy. Now I’ve gotten my own iPad and I’m using sketchbook to draw. And then someone on Twitter mentioned sketchbook was going for free, so I got a friend who owned an iPad Pro to download it for me to try and BOY, I FELL IN LOVE. Adobe sketch was better, but it caps at 20 layers max. I had no idea where most of the options were located, I felt that the interface was pretty unintuitive to new users. I’m new at using the iPad to draw stuff, but when I was trying out the apps and iPads in the store, I found the widely championed Procreate really hard to use.
